Wholefoods Muesli Slice
From: Recipes to the Rescue
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled millet

2 cups rolled oats or puffed grain

1 cup sunflower seeds
-
½ cup brown rice flour
-
¼ cup currants or chopped fresh dates
-
¼ cup finely chopped dried apricots

2 cup almonds or other nut
-
1/3 cup honey
-
1/3 cup hot water
Method

Mixed together rolled millet, rolled oats/puffed millet, suflower seeds, brown rice flour, currants and apricots.

Grind almonds to a paste.

Add almond paste honey and hot water to dry mixture, mixing all ingredients well together. Spread onto a lightly greased tray.

Bake in a moderate oven until lightly browned.

Cool, then refrigerate before slicing.
