This is delicious and highly nutritious. I got the recipe from a mum at our playgroup who knows the best ways to eat fruit and vegies without even realising it!
Ingredients
4 small bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
1/2 cup soy or thick nut milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
Method
Blend ingredients and freeze.
Serve!
