Soak chickpeas overnight in 10 cups of hot water and baking soda. Drain Grind in a blender until fine Add spices and flour. Heat the oil and fry a few at a time until golden brown. Stuff 6 balls in a fresh pita bread with hommus, tahini, and salad Make into small balls.
