In 2008 Eastern Orthodox Easter Sunday will be celebrated on April 27th. In Western churches it is celebrated on March 23rd.
The differences are due to the fact that they are based on both lunar and solar calendars and on rules that are interpreted differently by the Eastern and Western Christian churches.
